It's been just over a year since I joined you and Steven Shaw, (the New Yorker known as "The Fat Guy"), at Ping Pang Pong for a Dim Sum Feast. Steven has authored many words on Cantonese dining and knows his stuff. He and I agree that Ping Pang Pong is far better than some of the other Asian restaurants in the fancy-dancy resorts on the strip. What a feast it was! Can't wait to go back. Looks great. Not to be too picky, but it's my understanding that true Kobe beef -- beef from the Hyogo Prefecture, around Kobe -- isn't being imported.
