Looks delicious. Will have to stop by and try this out next time I’m by the strip. It’s on the pricey side, but I’m willing to pay that for a perfect meal.

IMO I have not found a better Italian chef anywhere; Italy or here. The restaurant and Luciano deserves our patronage.

Luciano and Valentino have been doing it right for 10 years, which also happens to be the exact amount of time it takes to make them elgible for a 2010 James Beard Foundation award for Outstanding Restaurant. How wonderful that you appreciate Luciano’s cuisine. As an Italian American I didn’t really get to experience true “Italian” cooking and was enlightened by the delicacies that Luciano creates. Great job ELV and Valentino!!!
