Help out by dining out during Restaurant Week 2009! Participating restaurants will offer a special three-course menu at just $20.09, $30.09 and/or at $50.09 per person. A portion of the price will assist Las Vegas-based Three Square, a non-profit organization created to end hunger in Southern Nevada. ROCKIN’ CHEFS
Kick off Restaurant Week with a party at STUDIO 54 that reveals all that MGM Grand has to offer. Don’t miss the opportunity to see Chefs Rick Moonen and Adam Sobel of rm Seafood, Chef Mike Minor of Border Grill, Chef Carlos Buscaglia of FiAMMA, Chef Stephen Hopcraft of SEABLUE and Chef Dustin Lewandowski from Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill go head to head in competition.

TASTE: Small bites from world-renowned chefs, specialty cocktails from bars and wines from around the world.

SIGHT: Performances from KÀ™ by Cirque du Soleil® and MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris as well as Chef “Guitar Video Game Throwdown” tournament.

BOUDOIR NOBHILL TAVERN presents an intimate evening of master mixologist-crafted cocktails, small bites, and burlesque to excite all of your senses.

HACHIKO Discover the trendy and ultramodern district of Shibuya and tantalize your senses.

TASTE: Hand-passed small treats and live cooking at our teppanyaki tables with extensive sake tasting.

AGAVE JUEVES
It’s Tequila Thursday at Diego where Tequila Flights and Bocaditas are served by model hosts moving to the beats.

TASTE: Tequila (40 labels) and Mexican Bocaditas (appetizers).

SIGHT: Tequila education and entertainment provided by Diego’s Agave Model Hosts.

SOUND: Beats by Vida’s DJ Gil Barba.

Tacos & Tequila at Luxor Presents the “Chef Rooster Fighting Tournament” in Support of Three Square

On Wednesday, September 2, from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m., come cheer on some of Las Vegas’ best chefs as they help stomp out hunger in Southern Nevada by dressing in rooster suits, strapping on over-sized chicken feet and stomping out balloons tied to the ankles of their competition. Featured bouts will include executive chefs from the city’s top restaurants including Rick Moonen from Bravo’s Top Chef Masters and The Food Network’s Chefs vs. City champ Stephen Hopcraft of SEABLUE. The winner of each bout will compete in a final competition for bragging rights and a margarita party for their co-workers!

  1. Crap. I’ll be missing most of it next week when I’m in California. Hopefully, I can at least get back next weekend in time for the last couple days.

    I noticed Todd’s Unique Dining is on the list. That’s another local Henderson legend I haven’t yet tried. Or of course, I can just use it as another excuse to head back to Daniel Boulud! ;-)

  2. My husband only has a few months left in his time in the Air Force here. What a great chance to get to check off remaining restaurants on our wish list for an affordable price! We’re so excited!
