		<description>I'd call Mr. Boulud the King of Terrine in this country.  The charcuterie offerings are amazing at each of the Boulud restaurants I've visited.</description>

		<description>I tried this pate when my husband and I stayed at the Wynn in February and had dinner there. It is  one of the tastiest pates I have ever had, better than any I had in Paris or New York.  We went back the second day just for this pate and a glass of wine. I've been dreaming of it ever since.</description>
