Besides being tender, the big finale came in the taste and feeling of satisfaction when our meal was done. The owner was incredibly kind and wanted to make sure our family enjoyed our experience while in his restaurant. My children felt comfortable eating in an atmosphere made fun by the raging cajun music playing overhead.
